Location, location, location! Super centraly located, but quiet (there was a summer night concert in the very front, but we did hear nothing when back in room). Being a seminar building gives additional vibe to the place. Room more spacious than expected. Modern bathroom with shower, ok wifi. Ok breakfast (while coffe was an American version, it's a pitty). Parking solution with the nearby piblic garage works well. Even if you have large suitcases.

The host was very accommodating, allowing flexibility with check-in and check-out and was able to provide a baby cot for my daughter.

AC worked perfectly mind you. This property has easy safe parking around 12m away across the road. The host suggested a great place to eat, and we enjoyed it. He was very helpful. This was a super stay!
