Very friendly and helpful people at reception. They did soooo much to help, and gave great advice. There's no breakfast at the hotel (we didn't go to their restaurant right across the street, but it looked reasonable.) Location outside of Madrid, not far from airport. Metro is 10mins away on foot. Nice parking area. Clean.

It truly made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the excellent communication with the property managers. They were consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The suite was clean, modern, and cozy — ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway in the city. We felt comfortable and at home the entire time. Considering the location, service, and overall experience, the value for money was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
