Very clean and close to bus stops which leads directly to the city center. The most nicest part of our stay is how hospitable the receptionist is. His name is Alex. He made our stay really worth it and memorable by trying to accommodate our request. I actually didn’t realised that i only booked 2 nights instead of 3 till we get there,, and since its the new years, we ought to stay longer after partying all night on 1st. Instead, he just found a way to let us do a late check out for another 2 hours which we really appreciate! This is what a good customer service is. Even if the hotel cannot accommodate our request the fact that he tried to help us still warrants praise. Kudos to Alex!

Terletak di lokasi menarik di Madrid, The Loft House Madrid menawarkan kamar ber-AC, lounge bersama, WiFi gratis, dan bar. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable for me, luckily I had quiet and friendly roommates all my 4 nights :) The hostel location is 3 minutes to the metro. I travel a lot and had a few hostels in my life, but this has been my top 1 so far.

Room was sparkling clean, had a really modern and spacious bathroom and a great shower. Generally a very modern experience with everything from controlling the AC or buttons for room cleaning/do not disturb. Even if we slept in and got out of the room quite late in the day it was clean when we came back all of the days we stayed here. Last but not least the location was absolutely perfect for exploring Madrid. One minute walk and you're in the middle of the busy main street Gran Via. It's really unbelievable how great value for the money it is considering the location and the high standard of the rooms. Can't recommend this enough! Thank you for a great stay, Woohoo!

Mempunyai lokasi ideal di wilayah Tetuan di Madrid, I'M Room Suites Nuevos Ministerios - Bernabeu 'Digital Access' terletak 16 menit jalan kaki dari Stadion Santiago Bernabéu, 3,6 km dari Jalan Gran... Excellent accommodation and communication with the host. Location was great, just a short walk from a metro Station, which is connected directly with the AirPort. Rooms were clean and we liked the common area. Great for bigger groups.

The location is excellent, it’s a vibrant area with lots to do and walking distance to just about everything you’d want to see in the city. The apartment itself is spacious, has a kitchen, and was very clean. It also had a covered balcony you could sit on to enjoy the street. Susana was an amazing host, very responsive and kind. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and a grocery store
