Excellent hotel close to Barajas airport and to public transportation. Staff was extremely nice, room and restroom were brand new clean. Probably the only thing they need is a free shuttle to the airport.

First of all, the location is outstanding — right in the heart of everything worth seeing. The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional communication and hospitality from the host/property management. From the moment we made our reservation, every message was clear, fast, and incredibly helpful. We also booked the airport transfer organized by the property — very convenient and reasonably priced — which made our arrival completely stress-free. Overall, this was one of the smoothest travel experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more. If I, or any of my friends or family, come back to Madrid — this will definitely be our first choice!

This is almost the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in, both the beds and the bathrooms were spotless. The space is also beautifully designed, really makes me want to stay a few extra days. The receptionist Joanna (hope I spelled that right) was very kind, always smiling and patient. Applause to her, the cleaning team, and of course the entire Loft team 🙌

The room was very clean and comfortable. The place is 10 minutes far away from the metro station and one block from the bus stop.
