The facilities were new and the appliances were in amazing condition. The sauna was a wonderful experience as well. I would definitely stay here again and I have already recommended it to several friends who are planning a trip. There is a free parking lot in the back as well as buses and bus shuttles to the Christmas village.

It was really new, there was even laundry machine with dryer. Staff was really nice too, she replied to questions really quickly.

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. We followed the instructions of getting the room key in a keg box outside the Chinese restaurant. Then we crossed the street and the department is right in the opposite side of the restaurant. Nina (the owner or staff I'm not sure) is very helpful.

Location was perfect everything in easy reach to walk to supermarket, restaurants, shopping, fun & transport. Otava apartment is a beautiful amazing accommodation to stay in, We didn't want to leave absolutely loved the place! Hosts very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, Thank you

Walking distance to many tour agency offices and pick up points for activities. I personally really like the property which has TV🥰😝

Wonderful resort, excellent restaurant, ideal location, close to ski slopes, helpful staff. The view through the window to the lake is perfect. I highly recommend booking a sauna. The apartments are fully adapted for living with children, nicely furnished.
