Every single thing about this hotel was exceptional. You could smell how clean and new it was walking through the halls. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. We needed help coordinating taxis and getting a surprise birthday cake delivered and the staff was amazing. Specifically, Trung and Boudjema went out of their way to check in with us and help with all requests. Also, a great location that's not too far from the action but quiet at night. I highly recommend staying here!

Ideally located in Paris, SO/ Paris Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Everything was wonderful. One of the best 5-star hotels I've ever stayed in. I really recommend the massage.

The location is excellent. Nearby there are restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. It is also possible to walk to most of the attractions (Louvre, Eiffel, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées and even Montmartre). We chose the Exotique double room. There was enough space. The room was very nice and clean. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed every day and every day additional toiletries were provided. Breakfast was completely satisfactory. Omelette, sausages, cheese, meat. There werw fruits, yogurts, cereals, pancakes and French pastry delights.
