Myriam is excellent at her job and is an absolute natural at it-- so sincerely kind and attentive. She is very reliable and for me she epitomizes the energy of Yuna! :) I also had the great fortune to meet Sam, who was equally so very naturally kind and went out of his way to make our lives easier. He, too, embodied for us the warm and thoughtful welcome of Yuna. :)

It had a simple kitchen, comfortable bathroom, storage solutions etc. And different small details that really made our stay perfect! Oh and the small supermarket downstairs was also a nice extra.

Especially Denis, who went out of his way to pick up my friend while she was lost looking for the place, and Anka, the receptionist, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast with fresh ingredients and great room service. Great if you want to live in a more quiet, residential area. I was able to get a lot of work done and the metro is close by!
