The host was incredibly nice, he welcomed us and gave us a lift to the hadrian wall path in the car the next morning. The B&B is perfect for walkers, it even has a small closet where we could dry our clothes. The room was very quiet.

The location is fab, right in the centre of Bellingham, with a few pubs nearby and a little shop across the road. We also ate in the cafe on the Saturday night and the food was really nice for the price. Breakfast was also great.
