She looks after her guests very well, surprising you with homemade yoghurt and cake. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms quite small but super cosy. The kitchen area and balcony are perfect spaces to socialize and meet other travelers. We loved the location - close to the river with big beautiful garden, and everything is close by. Would stay at old town GH any time again.

Delicious breakfast, every day was a different variety. Staff is very kind, can help you out with everything you need.

Hotel Lumi is fairly new, as such, everything is super clean, very spacious, beautiful huge closet, a table & 2 chairs, 2 of the most comfortable beds ever & cleanest and warmest bed linens!!!! It even has towel warmer in the bathroom & an A/C-Heating unit besides the heater by the window!!! Nino cooked us 2 fabulous breakfast, extra charge. There’s even a restaurant in front of the hotel, shopping mall & grocery stores within 10-minute walk. Hotel Lumi is the best private accommodation we’ve ever had in Georgia - fr Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, & Mestia so far!

We liked that this location shortened our hike for the day by 4 kilometers and it was a rainy hard hike that day. Also the woman who owns the place greeted us very warmly. the place is brand new, and the comfortable beds and warm showers were most welcome. The food was very good - especially the breakfast. She washed and dried our wet clothes for us which was super nice. My sons forgot their walking sticks and they sent it to Mestia the next day.
