The entire property was exceptional, definitely exceeding our expectations. We think this was the best value for money during our four weeks in Greece. Highlights were: the large, comfortable and private terrace, where we enjoyed snacks and wine from town; the extremely helpful staff both for our needs during our stay and for information about the area; and the grounds around the building. The view from the terrace was great.

Historic, beautiful, cozy, thoughtful, professional, with a truly incredible breakfast, and an amazing location inside the old town. Amazing value for money (at least in low season).

Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and a garden, Porto Kale Guesthouse can be found in Pórto Káyio, close to Porto Kayio Beach and 36 km from Caves of Diros. We really enjoyed this typical stone structure with a warren of rooms up a staircase. We had a duplex room with a balcony where we were served our breakfast. It is just 20 meters down the beach to a fantastic restaurant. In the morning the owner took us for a ride around the bay on his boat which was a real treat. The warm welcome by the owner and his lively young family were a big plus. We would absolutely stay here again.
