Everything!!!!! The rooms were spectacular and clean. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. this is why we always continue to stay at Mitsis resorts.

Destaco la tranquilidad, las hermosas vistas, la limpieza en general y todo lo verde que rodea el lugar. También me encantó el detalle por mi cumpleaños: recibir una nota de felicitación y una mini torta, un gesto muy especial que el equipo del hotel preparó gracias a la solicitud de mi pareja. Fue un bonito detalle que hizo mi estadía aún más memorable. Por lo demás haré un video recomendando este hermoso lugar.

This hotel fully met our expectations, and in some aspects even exceeded them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, quite spacious for a hotel, and having a private terrace with direct access to the pool added even more to the holiday mood. Housekeeping was done every day, so whenever we returned from the sea, the room was always clean and cozy. The soundproofing was quite good, except for the occasional noise when someone used the stairs in the neighboring room, but it was hardly noticeable. I especially want to highlight the hotel’s restaurant. This is a separate point and a huge advantage of the hotel. The breakfasts served there were incredibly delicious, included in the room price, and for an additional fee, we could enjoy VERY tasty lunches and dinners with beautifully presented dishes. Since we mostly dined at restaurants during our stay, this was probably the best restaurant on the entire island, with surprisingly reasonable prices. I would also like to mention Angela, one of the hotel restaurant staff members — thanks to her, this vacation became one of the best in our lives. A personal recommendation: ask Angela for advice on restaurants in Rhodes if you want to try some local cuisine. Every recommendation she gave was spot on and of the highest quality. The hotel may not be the biggest, but that’s exactly what gives it its unique charm. It’s cozy, personal, and full of heart. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible staff. Antonis, Giannis, Socrates, Maria, Stavroula, and Lucy — thank you for being so welcoming, kind, and attentive. All of you were absolutely amazing. I’m sorry if I forgot any names — every single person we met was just perfect. There wasn’t a single one who wasn’t kind, helpful, and professional. Truly a dream team! We were lucky to share this experience with another amazing family, which made it even more unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
