The hosts were so professional while friendly at the same time, impeccable and the property was spotless. We really appreciated the staff's communication, even before checking in, we also really liked the location and the parking in the property. The beach available at a few mins walking distance was also one of the greatest in the island. The breakfast in the room was also such a nice addition. On top of everything, the hotel has a shared bathroom that guests can use for a shower even after checking out - I've never encountered this in several continents. This is beyond a great find, available at the best value for money ratio. Thank you, we hope we get to visit you again!

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We loved everything about Petteo. Accomodation included a spatious room with a view to the sea, quiet and modern with all the amenities included. Our room was cleaned everyday. Our excellent hosts organized a pickup from the port and provided space for our luggage before and after our stay. Location was great, just 10min walking distance to the center of Livadi (small up/downhill) and 5 minutes to the beach (we used a motorbike for our commuting needs). Overall an excellent stay, highly recommended!

The location couldn’t be better — calm and quiet for relaxing, yet only about a 10-minute walk (1 km) to the port with plenty of restaurants and shops. Best of all, the door opened straight onto the beach — waking up with the sea right there was magical. Our host, Katerina, was wonderful: super welcoming, always ready to help, and even sent us a really useful guide with food, places to visit, and important contacts. The sweetest touch? Every morning she surprised us with homemade treats like salty muffins or chocolate muffins — a small gesture that made a big difference. If you want peace, comfort, and true island hospitality right on the beach, Kyma Studios is the place!
