Our room was spacious with large balcony and sea view. Very clean and comfortable. The owner Sophia picked us up from Port and was very friendly and helpful with any information we needed. Location is literally 20 meters to a lovely beach and 15 min walk into Town. The whole complex is fairly new and very well looked after. Highly recommend.

Location is just out of the way of the port town. 50m from Livadaki Beach. Freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Ultra modern room and facilities while honoring cycladic aesthetic. Very clean rooms with plenty of privacy. Stagros and his wife were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our requests. I would stay here again without hesitation, as they truly made us feel at home.

Accomodation included a spatious room with a view to the sea, quiet and modern with all the amenities included. Our room was cleaned everyday. Our excellent hosts organized a pickup from the port and provided space for our luggage before and after our stay. Location was great, just 10min walking distance to the center of Livadi (small up/downhill) and 5 minutes to the beach (we used a motorbike for our commuting needs). Overall an excellent stay, highly recommended!

We had an amazing time here. The villa was perfectly clean, and the whole team was very kind and available for anything. The location next to the beach is also very special.

I Livádion, bare 0 minutters gange fra Livadi strand og 17 kilometer fra Serifos gamle gruve ligger kyma studios. Katarina and her husband were absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. Katarina even helped us call to have dinner delivered one night. Each morning they brought us a little breakfast item and they were all delicious. The location was directly on the beach, in a quiet corner of the bay. It was about 15-20 minutes walking to the port. I would absolutely book with Kyma Studios again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt brand new—everything was exactly as described, if not better. The location is right next to the beach with everything within walking distance—shops, restaurants, and sights—even though we had a car, we barely needed it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Serifos!
