This was my third or fourth stay and great as always. The rooms are new, well designed, really spacious, spotlessly clean and have everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms are also spacious which is a rare find on Greek islands, with great water pressure. It's a perfect location right in the middle of Ermoupoli, and easy to access (no steps from the port) but in quiet and peaceful side street. I can't fault Grammata Suites on anything, it's always my first choice of places to stay as a frequent Syros visitor.

Great plunge pool / netflix on tellies. Highly recommend this gorgeous house. Short walk to town.

The room was nice and clean as was the whole hotel. The beds were very comfortable and our room was just the right size. The location is perfect for a beautiful view overlooking the Port. The view from the balcony was breathtaking at night . Dodo and her husband were amazing hosts so nice and very helpful with all the attractions and things to do in the city! Swimming off the pier was nice and refreshing with the heat! Thank you for a lovely time! Michelle and Nick

Everything about our stay at Villa Selena was perfect - the location, staff, breakfast, villa and room! I would definitely stay there again next time I visit the island.

We stayed three nights in this lovely place and it truly exceeded our expectations. We were visiting the island for a wedding and needed a base — this turned out to be much more than that. It all started when we arrived by ferry and weren’t even sure yet whether we’d rent a vehicle. The owner kindly offered to come pick us up, and within just a few minutes, he was there. So kind, welcoming, and helpful. He showed us everything and helped us settle in right away. The place is extremely peaceful, with only about four rooms sharing a charming little pool. All the other guests were very quiet — we barely saw them — and the view over the town is stunning. Later, we rented a small scooter and could easily go out for dinner and explore. The house is fully equipped if you want to cook, but that wasn’t part of our plan this time. Everything was very functional and easy. And again, when it was time to leave, the owner kindly offered to help us with our bags and drove us down to the ferry port right on time. Honestly, it’s a solid 10 out of 10. The place is beautiful, calm, very Greek in atmosphere, and just incredibly pleasant to stay in. We felt great there and we’re truly thankful to the team. Wishing them lots of success — they really created something special.
