They even treated us to delicious homemade cakes, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. 🥮💛 Everything about the place exceeded our expectations, from the cozy accommodation to the breathtaking surroundings. We can’t wait to come back!

Antonella was waiting for us at the properties and showed us around, explaining all the features. The properties were beautifully decorated, in an amazing location right at the waterfront. Antonella and Nina were incredibly welcoming hosts. Nina even baked a traditional Croatian cake for us. We felt very spoilt and well cared for. Antonella even organised a water and land taxi to take us to our next destination. Thank you, both, for a wonderful holiday. We will be back!

First of all Pasko and Marija (The owners) are lovely people that help you any way they can. The room and the whole apartments were very clean and comfortable. There is an seperate kitchen if you wish to cook something yourself. The location was very good and the shared balcony (every room had their own table) had an amazing view to the Kolocep Bay. The island itself was beautiful and peaceful and also has quite a bit of activities. We went kayaking around the island and can recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for ten nights and loved everything: the place, the hosts, our room, the island and its surroundings. First of all, we would like to say a huge thank you to our wonderful hosts, Zorka and Barbara. You made us feel so welcome with all your thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean at all times and had clearly been prepared with great care and attention. The rooms and facilities were immaculately clean and beautifully designed with a magnificent view. The house is surrounded by flowers, fruit trees and vegetables, all with sea and mountain views – it's a truly magical setting. The island itself has so much to offer, including relaxing walks, scenic hikes, ferry rides to Dubrovnik and the surrounding islands, secluded swimming spots and unforgettable sunsets. With no cars, countless paths and a calm, familiar atmosphere, it truly feels like a retreat. Reaching the rooms involves climbing some stairs, but it's not too demanding. It's well worth it for the peaceful setting and the views. PS: There is a very comfortable Kitchen, clean and well equipped. If you are planning to stay longer, we can recommend to make some grocery shopping in Dubrovnik - as the island only has a small Kiosk with reduced offers.

Nastanitev Villa Sea Dream Koločep se nahaja v Koločepu, 5 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Don Đivan, in ponuja možnost peke na žaru ter pogled na morje. Apartment with a lovely sea view from the terrace. Just a short walk down to the sea or some great cliff paths to watch the sunset. Luksa was a lovely host who made our family feel very welcome. We had fresh produce from the garden and our children got to meet the tortoise! Kolocep is a beautiful island.
