We loved the hotel by itself, the location and the staff as well. Highly recommend! Very quiet area, but if you need some life, you can have it just a few minutes walk. The lake is about 10 mins far.

An excellent stay in a modern and cosy hotel. Very clean and comfy. For all sauna lovers also beautiful spa with different types of sauna and discrete, quiet resting place. Extremely friendly staff. They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. We decided to come back every winter. They also offer a diverse and rich breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.

Residence Hotel Balaton is located in quiet surroundings, featuring a private beach with a snack and cocktail bar only 150 metres away and its spa area. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Loved the wellness area. Breakfast and dinner were awesome, many options to choose and delicious. We were able to used the wellness after we checked out. Staff super friendly and helpful. Family friendly hotel!!!
