We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

Positive, helpful, kind and easy going. The hotel personnel smiles much and takes care of you. Everyone! few names I could remember and we are thankful to them all. Special thanks to our drive for one day touring the island. Budisan was a perfect friend for the tour and fun we had for the day. We know the taxi company is independent, but great job colloborating with people like this. Thanks also for the restaurant Sugarbeats personnel like Firman (if I got the name right) Now for the other comments other than the people. The hotel is clean, modern. The view from the 8th floor with own bathtub at balcony the is worth the extra in my mind. The 3 course dinner was of high quality. You can choose one starter, one main cource (max 300 000 IDR) and one desert. Drinks you need to pay. Join the hotel loyalty program and get some good discounts. One intresting thing is that you get to spicy up your food with Sambal (chili sauses ) The breakfast was buffet and had plenty! You can have an omelet or eggs benedict etc done to you here like in 5 star hotel in Asia usually delivers. Hotel has an handy way of communicating with guest by whatsapp. The staff never let us down. They truly took care of us. We highly appeciate it and are greatful of the positve energy we got from the stay.

The resort is unique and very beautiful, with direct beach access. All the staff and hosts were very friendly, and the in-room amenities were complete. I loved the bath soap, it smelled really good! The air conditioner worked perfectly. Upon arrival, they welcomed me with coconut water and local snacks, which were delicious. The food at their restaurant was also very good, with an authentic local taste. I will definitely come back to Lawa!

Personally, I can truly see myself revisiting Sadi Beach House. I loved everything about this place — from the calm, beautiful ambience to the exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

Facing the beachfront, The Kelong Trikora Resort offers 3-star accommodation in Kangkakawal and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. We spent 6 days at the Kelong Trekora Resort and it was the most beautiful on the whole island. The green garden, the pool and the houses were simply fantastic 😊. Linda and Erix were always there for us and fulfilled all our wishes. Erix served ginger tea and wonderful food and Linda organized a scooter for us without any complications. We felt completely at home and would like to say a big thank you to Linda and Erix 🙏.

The staff was very attentive and service minded. We had some issues with the air cond but we were offered to have another room pro-actively. Pool was great. Just some 3 min walking from a small plaza where there were a few add’l local restaurants
