10 km from Filipino Market Sabah in Donggongon, K Avenue Kota Kinabalu features accommodation with access to a hot tub, fitness room and steam room. Kids were happy when they saw the pool facility. Almost everyday they played the pool. Big pool for adults too. Free gym and parking for guest. Reception was nice to guide everything when we arrived :))))

The staff was very nice, would approach and gives instructions very clearly, I especially like that they shared interesting places in Kuching to go to in a pdf file, very creative.

Very nice and friendly staff - they explained all details of arrival in advance, sent me a google maps link and met me near the car entrance with a parking card. It was very easy to find the property and to check in. A great location! Really great. Just 10 min drive from the airport. You live just in a large mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. A good supermarket just a few steps from your room. Walking distance to the seafront promenade. A great place to meet a sunset and to have a dinner by the sea.
