Their professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even better. Overall, this is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in — spotless, comfortable, and supported by the best team. Austrian Pilgrim Hospice features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Jerusalem. That the hotel could receive me in the middle of the night as I had to change my arrival flight due to the necessary ETA for Israel. They also arranged my pick up at the airport, a great relief as I arrived at 3am .

Set in Jerusalem, Jaffa Gate Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. The kindness and availability of Mr NOOR the receptionist to answer questions and give us the best information on the visits. Visits are also offered on site and it is Mr. NOOR who is responsible for making reservations for those who wish. He also found a taxi to take me back to Ben Gurion Airport on a Saturday, Shabbat when there is no transportation in the city. He is a very nice and helpful person. The hotel is a building over 600 years old and is located in the Old City of Jerusalem, close to places to visit. It offers simplicity and calm which contrast with the crowds outside. Clean establishment. I slept in a 4 female room, I only had one female with me during my stay. The toilets/showers are in the room but if you want a little privacy, there are toilets/showers in the corridors. Access to the roof provides a beautiful view of Jerusalem day and night. I've enjoyed my stay. I will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel in super location. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the old city. The staff were always extremely helpful and the gentleman working behind the bar in the evenings was very friendly.
