I had it every single day I was there, and there was a daily serving of eggs prepared in more than one way, accompanied by a wide variety of cheeses, olives, and sometimes even falafel. What stood out to me personally was the staff. They were extraordinarily helpful and welcoming and can easily enter your heart. Mariah, Nasser, and Ayad were kind and courteous, and I simply can't look back to this trip without thinking about them. One member of staff was Mr. Jamal. He truly went above and beyond in making sure my stay in Jerusalem was warm and comfortable. He possesses an intimate knowledge not just of the Holy City, but also of the surrounding towns and cities. Jamal is the star of the show here, and he also offers guided tours.
