Featuring garden views, The Sherpa's Abode offers accommodation with terrace, around 700 metres from Ganesh Tok View Point. The best part about my trip to Sikkim was my stay at The Sherpa's Abode. The view from the room was fantastic, the staff were also very cordial and warm especially, Vinay, Savita and Suraj. The food that was served by them was always warm and fresh and felt like we were eating at a relative's home. The host Nima Uncle is such a sweet and kind person. He shared his life stories with us which were so inspiring, he helped out with arranging taxi transportation and also gave hacks on taking care at higher altitudes. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which is so rare to see these days.

The Nettle and Fern Farmstay features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Pelling. The hotel/farmstay is the best stay option in Pelling. We were more than satisfied with the stay. The property is stunning, very well kept, staff is hospitable and very helpful, rooms are impeccable, and the best part - stunning views of the Kanchenjunga Range. The hotel is a couple away from main Pelling bazar, which was perfect for us, as we wanted to get away from the bustle. Yet it is not too far away. The hotel connected us with a car and driver that picked us up from the Bagdogra airport and showed us around Pelling for the next few days. The food at the hotel restaurant is also very good, with a reasonable number of options available. Breakfast was great (the menu changed everyday during our stay) with delicious homemade cake :). Couldn't have found a better accomodation for our holiday.

Our stay at Di Lac Retreat was truly a memorable and relaxing experience. The homestay itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Every detail reflects care and comfort, which added greatly to the overall charm of the retreat. What made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from Alisha and Akash. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From ensuring our comfort to promptly assisting with any requests, their hospitality went above and beyond expectations. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks to the wonderful homestay and the dedication of Alisha and Akash, our time at Di Lac Retreat was both relaxing and heartwarming. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and warm hospitality.

Set in Gangtok, 1.2 km from Ganesh Tok View Point, Cosmic Buddha Bnb features views of the mountain. The place is really nice and clean. I am sure because its recently opened. Met the host Hersh there. Such a good vibe he is. Happy to have good travel experience after long time. Must recommended for travellers and backpackers.

Located in Pelling in the Sikkim region, The Blue House provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property features mountain and river views. The homestay has family rooms. The property is superb, nestled in a serene and peaceful location with a breathtaking view of Mount Kanchenjunga. From the moment I arrived, Shriya and Shwetank were incredibly warm and welcoming, and felt at home right away. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The café has a charming vibe — a perfect spot to work in peace during the day and unwind over drinks in the evening. It’s also a great place to make memories and connect with fellow travelers. The food they serve is wholesome and homely, and I have to give a special mention to Shwetank’s desserts and Shriya’s momos — both were absolutely lip smacking! And don’t miss their Thongba, a traditional drink that’s a must-try! What made the experience even more special were the resident pets — Milo, Murphy, Munmun, and Ginger, who kept me lovely company. Oh, and the coffee is top-notch too! Thank you for making my stay truly memorable. I’ve found my home away from home.
