Everything. Super clean. These guys paid attention to every single detail. From the plumbing to electrical wiring work, they’ve done it right. But that’s not even the best part. It’s the hospitality. Uncle Nima and Aunt made us feel like we visited a relatives home. You’re not gonna get service like this even on a 4 star hotel. I’ve never felt more welcomed at an inn. Uncle Nima even called our room as soon as we got back from MG Marg to check on us. When he told us to call him even from the next town we’re heading to if we needed help, you know he means it. Not to mention, aunty cooks so good. Everything she made was tasty and spot on. An unbelievable experience. I’m so glad I met them both. The next time I come, I’m staying much longer.

Surrounded by nature and offering a breathtaking view, we could even see the Kangchenjunga from our bed. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. We particularly cherished our dinner and breakfast on the hotel's terrace. However, it's essential to have plenty of patience because communicating with the staff can be challenging, and understanding each other is even more so. The farm stay is located approximately 35 minutes on foot from the nearest town, and the staff wasn't very helpful in arranging transportation, even a taxi (referred to as a tourist vehicle). One important note: Despite what booking.com may indicate about free booking and cancellation, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

The Di-Lac Retreat is situated in Gangtok and features a terrace. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge and a restaurant. Both free WiFi and private parking are available on site. Our stay at Di Lac Retreat was truly a memorable and relaxing experience. The homestay itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Every detail reflects care and comfort, which added greatly to the overall charm of the retreat. What made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from Alisha and Akash. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From ensuring our comfort to promptly assisting with any requests, their hospitality went above and beyond expectations. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks to the wonderful homestay and the dedication of Alisha and Akash, our time at Di Lac Retreat was both relaxing and heartwarming. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and warm hospitality.

Cosmic Buddha Bnb ligger i Gangtok, 14 minutters gange fra Ganesh Tok utsiktspunkt. Her bor du med utsikt over fjellet. The place is really nice and clean. I am sure because its recently opened. Met the host Hersh there. Such a good vibe he is. Happy to have good travel experience after long time. Must recommended for travellers and backpackers.

Originally I only wanted to stay one night, but the good reception and the pleasant stay invited me to make it 4 days. The owner does everything to make sure you have a good time there. The room is large and clean. If you want you can stay in the lounge, which is also the living room and a small bar. The view from the terrace is also fantastic, with a view of Kangchenzönga and a beautiful mountain landscape when the sky is not cloudy. The owner can also organize a scooter for you. I would definitely recommend this, as the accommodation is a bit away from the town and you can explore the surrounding area. However, you can reach the town in 15 minutes via a small path. I would come back at any time.

Nabhasa Courtyard Family Home and 2 BHK Apartments Mountain View Stay in Gangtok, Sikkim ligger 6 minutters gange fra Banjhakri Falls and Park og har en hage, en terrasse og et felleskjøkken. The comfort of the large apartment and hospitality of the owners was exceptional. The family went out of their way to welcome me into their home and this had real value to me as a solo traveller. I wish I had planned a longer stay!
