We have been so happy to stay at Ima Ganga Hôtel. The room was very clean (sheets as well) and the view so nice. The staff was very hepfull and so kindly.

Very clean and comfortable , the tall guy at the front desk is humble and Ranaji plays wonderful music in the common areas . The thing I loved the most was the hot water in the shower which does not get over in two minutes :)

There’s this natural sense of belonging that develops without any effort. The management team deserves huge appreciation. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they care about the place and everyone who walks through the door. A special mention to Kami, who was honestly a highlight of our stay. She has this amazing artistic spirit—she showed us her artwork, shared stories, and brought a spark of creativity into the space that made the whole experience even richer. Her presence adds a unique charm to Urban Loft, and anyone who meets her will understand what I mean. Mr. Bharat and Ms. Sonali were more than kind to help us with special arrangement for our 4 year old daughter. The GM Mr. Mark came out to personally help us and provided us with the best room possible so that we did not had to walk a lot with our baby and her stroller.
