Unfortunately I was sick for the entire time of my stay but I was glad it happened here. I stayed in a private room for most of the time which is clean, pretty, the shower has good pressure and is warm (important with long hair :D), there is a fan and A/C and the bed is comfortable. Since I also stayed in a dorm for one night I can also say the dorms are also clean, you have privacy and everything was great. The staff is super super nice and everyone really took good care of me: they let me stay in a dorm bed after check-out until I could check into my new room, bringing food to my room that would help me get better, checking in on me, Rana even drove me to the hospital twice and waited until I was done. Also the property has a really nice terrace where you can eat and chill. I’m really grateful for receiving that help 🙏🏼. 10/10 would recommend :)

The environment is vibrant yet peaceful—perfect for travelers who want a mix of comfort, community, and inspiration. The location couldn’t be better. Tucked just far enough away to be quiet at night but close enough to the main spots, cafés, and the Ganga, it gives you the best of both worlds. Morning walks feel magical here. The people are what truly make Urban Loft special. Every traveler you meet brings a story, and it’s so easy to make genuine connections. There’s this natural sense of belonging that develops without any effort. The management team deserves huge appreciation. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they care about the place and everyone who walks through the door. A special mention to Kami, who was honestly a highlight of our stay. She has this amazing artistic spirit—she showed us her artwork, shared stories, and brought a spark of creativity into the space that made the whole experience even richer. Her presence adds a unique charm to Urban Loft, and anyone who meets her will understand what I mean. By far the best nature views, welcoming staff, and delicious food. Highly recommend it to be close to Rishikesh yet enjoying silence near the waterfall.
