Housed in a 14th-century building a few steps from Como Cathedral, Residence SANTABBONDIO features air-conditioned apartments with free WiFi throughout. I was absolutely stunned by first the location, and then by the view from the bedroom. I sent videos back home to the UK and was quite smug that I had struck gold. A superb apartment and I hated leaving. ALSO, we were well rested and on a high so that we got our Personal Best's in the Lake Como Half Marathon the day after we arrived! Grazie mille!

The access to the bistro during the off season turned out to be a life saver since there are only a limited amount of local restaurants open during that time. Environmental considerations all through the room. I'd be happy to return again in the summer months.
