One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen. Excellent in-room coffee, too! The very hot spa on the balcony of our room was a perfect end to the evening.

Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The location is great, very close to train station, the owner is very friendly, gave me recommendations about the restaurant. Room is clean and nice, the bed is comfortable, I like everything.
