Well me and my wife, we liked everything about the Xilhotel in Gallipoli. The room was perfectly clean and well maintained. It was kept clean daily. Its aesthetics and comfort were beyond our expectation. It had a smart use of its space giving you the chance to organize your clothes and things, to avoid clutter. The bed was very comfortable. We could sleep very well. The toilet was very spacious. The room had a nice looking balcony with sea view where you could hang out and enjoy the peacefulness of the sea. The breakfast was another highlight of our experience there. It was a lot to choose from and the food was delicious, especially the pastry. We also had quality espresso and cappuccino during our breakfasts. The location was perfect. 2 minutes walk from the train station, 5 min walk from the bridge that leads you to the old town/island, 1 min walk from the main boulevard. The area was very peaceful so there was no noise coming from outside. And last but not least we are very thankful to the staff of the hotel (the ladies at the reception, the cleaning lady and the lady at the breakfast service). They were very professional and friendly. This hotel just made our holidays in Gallipoli, the best we have had so far.

We spent three nights in this apartment and couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. Andrea, the host, went above and beyond to make our visit special-truly the best host we’ve ever had. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect-just a 3 minute walk from the center and all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s preferences, including lactose-free and gluten-free choices. Each morning, fresh homemade pastries were served, which was such a lovely touch. This was genuinely one of the most pleasant apartment stays we’ve ever had, and we absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Andrea!
