Well me and my wife, we liked everything about the Xilhotel in Gallipoli. The room was perfectly clean and well maintained. It was kept clean daily. Its aesthetics and comfort were beyond our expectation. It had a smart use of its space giving you the chance to organize your clothes and things, to avoid clutter. The bed was very comfortable. We could sleep very well. The toilet was very spacious. The room had a nice looking balcony with sea view where you could hang out and enjoy the peacefulness of the sea. The breakfast was another highlight of our experience there. It was a lot to choose from and the food was delicious, especially the pastry. We also had quality espresso and cappuccino during our breakfasts. The location was perfect. 2 minutes walk from the train station, 5 min walk from the bridge that leads you to the old town/island, 1 min walk from the main boulevard. The area was very peaceful so there was no noise coming from outside. And last but not least we are very thankful to the staff of the hotel (the ladies at the reception, the cleaning lady and the lady at the breakfast service). They were very professional and friendly. This hotel just made our holidays in Gallipoli, the best we have had so far.

The reception staff was friendly and very helpful for information. Very friendly breakfast staff, varied dishes, continental breakfast, excellent coffee. Impeccable cleaning performed every day in the room.

B&B Affittacamere Vecchia Alimini conta com acomodação com bicicletas grátis, estacionamento privativo grátis, jardim e lounge compartilhado em Otranto. Everything! The owners were lovely and Andrea the host (son) was wonderful, so helpful and charming. The location was great, easy walk to the seafront and a nice supermarket next door to buy snacks, wine, beer, etc. The breakfast was more than anticipated with a variety of choices that changed every day. Aside from cereal, cold cuts, cheeses etc they offered a cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs. It was also a treat to have a full size shower as so many places we have stayed in Italy have mini sized showers. Also conveniently located about 2 blocks from the bus station.
