We asked for a couple of vases for our flowers and the staff found them in a second.

The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the rooms are surprisingly spacious for Venice, and every detail - from the layout to the decor - feels thoughtfully designed to make your stay effortless.

Clean and well kept all throughout. The host was super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delivered every morning during our stay and breakfast was great. Would. Highly recommend!!

The rooms are clean, modern and stylishly decorated, with a free mini bar, full amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly a lift and air conditioning. I’d recommend to anyone visiting Venice!!!

Firstly we were late to check in as our flight was delayed and owners/manager stayed up late and sorted us a parking place. Genuinely even though we spoke different languages the owners/ staff seemed to care. Also imagine first week of school holidays and no one or only a few people using the pool with the views of the mountains. Great location to explore Lake Garda and water sports on doorstep or a small drive to various centres, can try everything. For school holidays this is a great option. Great little tunnel to avoid road. Also we visited Venice by Road as well as the Dolomites. Hotel exceeded expectations as long as you are realistic in them.
