Breakfast was excellent. The service was fantastic! Very baby friendly--the staff brought cots and cribs for us to breakfast for our kids (3 months and 6 months) to play in, the manager bought my 3 year old niece a barbie doll When leaving I tried to ask them where I could buy their hand soap from --it smelled absolutely amazing-- they gifted me an entire bottle! It was quiet so they upgraded us to a bigger family suite free of charge. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. Will definitely be staying here again should I come to Ammaan.

Everything was perfect here! I couldn’t ask for the better service! I was received by a young man who was very gentle and thoughtful, he took me to everywhere in the hostel and showing me everything , I was impressed by his good service even though who got hurt on his nose , cheers ! Perfect stay ! I highly recommend everyone stays here!

Amazing hostel with super helpful staff. It really feels like a home from home and nothing is too much hassle. I would 100% stay at Battuta next time I’m in Amman - it can’t be faulted.
