I arrived in the afternoon and it was ready on arrival… clean and aesthetically pleasing, great location. The team at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Answering all my questions and giving me good food recommendations for Petra. They also arranged my car to the site. Also WiFi was ggoooddd!!! That is something that has been rare for me here in Petra so I was happy about this.
