HOTEL GRANVIA HIROSHIMA SOUTH GATE is goed gelegen in Hiroshima, en biedt een als buffet aangeboden ontbijt en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. The location was just at Hiroshima station which is convenient for us traveling with suitcase. Room is big to fit 2 adults; warm nice and clean.

Hilton Hiroshima is goed gelegen in Hiroshima, en is voorzien van een 4-sterrenaccommodatie in de buurt Myoei-ji Temple en Hiroshima City Minami Ward Community Cultural Center. Heel goed hotel. Jammer dat we er maar 1 nacht verbleven. Leuke bar en erg lekker ontbijt. De bedden waren zalig. Volgende keer komen we zeker terug.

Onyado Nono Matsue Natural Hot Spring is gelegen op 1,7 km van Lafcadio Hearn Memorial Museum, en biedt een 4-sterrenaccommodatie in Matsue en biedt een spa- en wellnesscentrum. The hotel seems brand new, and the rooms are nicely set up with tatami mats and comfortable beds. Just like in a ryokan, you leave your shoes at the entrance. This gives the hotel a very cozy feel despite its size. The staff is extraordinary. I never had to wait to talk to a staff member and they were very helpful. The onsen is one of the best I experienced in larger hotels like this. It is a very nice oasis to come back to after a long day. I particularly liked that they also have a sauna. The location is ideal. There are lots of restaurants and bars literally right outside the hotel, the lake and the castle are both just a short stroll away. If I come back to Matsue, I will stay here again for sure.

The rooms were a really lovely combination of Japanese and Western styles. Shower and bathroom area were very fancy. The lobby was wonderful for an early arrival - we left our bags locked up, made coffee and resettled our things for an outing to the Peace park before check-in. The main door and rooms use codes to get in, and once the desk is not 'manned' this makes entry very convenient. Lots of restaurants and grocery within blocks. Peace Park is about 10-15 min walk through an easy neighborhood. Really liked this hotel.

Excellent location within walking distance of the train station, ferries, and bus stops

Neighbor's Hotel 平和大通り is gelegen in Hiroshima, op 13 minuten lopen van Vredespark van Hiroshima, en biedt gratis WiFi en versneld in- en uitchecken. Excellent location. Very easy access self service and staff contact was excellent. Facilities were excellent. We only had the pleasure of one night but wish we had longer. Excellent having kitchen facilities and it was so close to everywhere we needed. Close to buses, restaurants and shopping.

This was certainly one of our best hotel experiences in Japan! Upgraded our room to the suite when we were there- because the courtyard was so beautiful. For design lovers, the attention to detail was immaculate and such an inspiration. The balance of traditional architecture and modern design was breathtaking. Opened only 6 months ago! What a gem. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. We got Japanese breakfasts on both mornings instead of the Western. To get there, we took a bus from Kurashiki station to a bus stop 3-5 mins walk to Yoruya.

Door de gastvrijheid van Hideo hebben wij ons direct thuis gevoeld. Het huis is prachtig in traditionele Japanse stijl en er is veel aandacht besteed aan de inrichting ervan. De Dragon Ball challenge is ook een leuke en grappige toevoeging aan de ervaring. We hebben zelfs met onze gastheer een theeceremonie gedaan en samen sushi gemaakt! We hebben daarnaast veel geleerd over de Japanse cultuur en verhalen uitgewisseld. Ook mochten we een paar fietsen lenen. Ik beveel deze accommodatie iedereen aan 😁
