Situated in Ibusuki and only 47 km from Kagoshima Chuo Station, 指宿 潮音 Ibusuki Shione features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is one of our favourite accommodations during our one week trip in Kyushu. The location is perfect, esp if you had a car. Less than 10 minute drive to the Saraku Sand Bath, supermarket and JR station. It's also close to Ryugu Jingu and Tamatebako Onsen. The room has a big balcony with ocean view, and it was superb to watch the sunset and sunrise. The room has enough amenities and cooking equipments to make a small meal. The beds are large and comfortable. The natural onsen was a surprise bonus, and it is true onsen because we could smell sulphur from it! The host, Takada-san, showed us spectacular hospitality from the very beginning. The responses were always quick and warm. We deeply feel the love Takada-san have for Ibusuki. Ibusuki is such a lovely ocean village with high quality onsen, and the best sashimi I have ever had (among my 5 visits to Japan). We highly recommend everyone to visit Ibusuki and stay at Takada-san's accommodation!

Situated within 1.2 km of Tomori Beach and 5.9 km of Amami Park, 奄美ゲストハウス宇宿サンライズビーチ provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Amami. Take-san was very friendly and drove me to the supermarket... very kind!!

Live here like local Japanese do features a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 40 km of Kagoshima Chuo Station and 41 km of Kagoshima Station. Very peaceful surroundings with a foot bath right out side our room. A very clean, spacious and traditional Japanese style room. The futons were nice and thick, making for a very comfortable sleep. Our host was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

Situated in Amami, 500 metres from Yanigawa Shopping Street, Hotel Sundays Amami features air-conditioned accommodation and a restaurant. Charming staff....comfort...location.....good breakfast..good bed

Located in Amami, 800 metres from Higashi Beach, みーまん奄美 provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a bar. All facility is so clean and organized. Shared space is spacious and have portable kitchen. For my kids, there are a lot of mangas and my kids read them during spared time. Staff is so kind and friendly as well. I will be back!

With sea views, Denpaku The Beachfront MIJORA is set in Amami and has a restaurant and free shuttle service. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The view of the ocean was truly spectacular, it felt almost like we were in the ocean, with just the sound of the waves.
