Live here like local Japanese do features a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 40 km of Kagoshima Chuo Station and 41 km of Kagoshima Station. Everything, place is very clean, conviniently located and really enjoyable to stay in. The host is super friendlly and explains everything when you arrive. Host offers mineral water, bottled tea for free, and there are also some sakes from local producers available for testing.

Located in Amami, 800 metres from Higashi Beach, みーまん奄美 provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a bar. All facility is so clean and organized. Shared space is spacious and have portable kitchen. For my kids, there are a lot of mangas and my kids read them during spared time. Staff is so kind and friendly as well. I will be back!

Set in Yakushima, within 10 km of Shiratani Unsuikyo and 35 km of Yakusugi Land, Yakushima Park Guesthouse offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Our host was very kind and thoughtful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and that we had everything that we needed. Our room was spatious and had plenty room to hang our clothes after doing the laundry. The location was convenient with the bus stop right across the street and delicious meals in the neighborhood.

With sea views, Denpaku The Beachfront MIJORA is set in Amami and has a restaurant and free shuttle service. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The view of the ocean was truly spectacular, it felt almost like we were in the ocean, with just the sound of the waves.

Situated in Yakushima in the Kagoshima region, with Harutahama Beach nearby, La Isla Tasse provides accommodation with access to a hot tub. The hosts were super friendly, talkative and helpful. Location is excellent, really close to Anbo port, and perfect location by Anbo bus stop, perfect for those seeking to get to Shizenkan-Arakawa early in the morning (to climb to Jomon Sugi). They provided me with lunch and breakfast bento for my trip to Jomon Sugi. It's also perfect for restaurants, there are a bunch within a 5 minute walk, and about 10 minutes to the local supermarket. They also gave me bubble bath for the giant bath.
