The place itself is clean, comfortable, relaxing. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful. Not many people with Many amazing beaches really close by. The people were fun and kind. Highly recommend and definitely want to come back! I think it’s the best place to experience the Amami life.

The host was always available for everything. Probably witnessed the peak of Japanese culture (with people being helpful in every way possible) here. The host (without even us asking him for anything) found that our shoes were wet after a trek put them for drying (on a drying machine) only for us to find the shoes all dried up the next day. Unbelievable. The location is walkable from the port and has house had everything you’d need. The kitchen and the shower was equipped with everything that you’d need during your stay. The house was small but very clean. Would highly recommend.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful and trying to accommodate English communication. The rooms are amazing and exactly as shown on the images; beautiful design, clean and offering the necessary amenities. The views are breathtaking!
