This is one of our favourite accommodations during our one week trip in Kyushu. The location is perfect, esp if you had a car. Less than 10 minute drive to the Saraku Sand Bath, supermarket and JR station. It's also close to Ryugu Jingu and Tamatebako Onsen. The room has a big balcony with ocean view, and it was superb to watch the sunset and sunrise. The room has enough amenities and cooking equipments to make a small meal. The beds are large and comfortable. The natural onsen was a surprise bonus, and it is true onsen because we could smell sulphur from it! The host, Takada-san, showed us spectacular hospitality from the very beginning. The responses were always quick and warm. We deeply feel the love Takada-san have for Ibusuki. Ibusuki is such a lovely ocean village with high quality onsen, and the best sashimi I have ever had (among my 5 visits to Japan). We highly recommend everyone to visit Ibusuki and stay at Takada-san's accommodation!

Live here like local Japanese do bevindt zich in Kirishima, op 40 km van station Kagoshima-Chūō en 41 km van station Kagoshima. We had a lovely stay at this traditional Japanese house before heading to Kagoshima Airport in the morning. The host was very kind and spoke good English, so communication was easy. The private thermal footbath was a wonderful touch and made the experience even more relaxing. The location was perfect for our needs - several onsens nearby, the airport shuttle bus stops almost right in front of the house, and there’s a Lawson convenience store just around the corner. The host even kindly let us use the washing machine for free and helped us with the settings. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

みーまん奄美 ligt in Amami, op 9 minuten lopen van Strand van Higashi, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, gratis privéparkeren en een bar. All facility is so clean and organized. Shared space is spacious and have portable kitchen. For my kids, there are a lot of mangas and my kids read them during spared time. Staff is so kind and friendly as well. I will be back!

Denpaku The Beachfront MIJORA is gelegen in Amami, op 16 minuten lopen van Strand van Akakina en 8,1 km van Oshima Tsumugi Museum. The view of the ocean was truly spectacular, it felt almost like we were in the ocean, with just the sound of the waves.
