Everything :) All staff were so friendly, informative and professional. Very fluent in English too which we really appreciate. I had a nice experience at the spa. Clean and spacious room. We love the mini bar set up too. The gym and other hotel facilities are fabulous. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay very memorable and enjoyable.

Location was good, although a few minutes walking distance from major sights and attractions. But all doable by foot or bike and metro station connecting to Kyoto central station is close by (3 mins). Convenience stores around the corner (Family Mart, 7 Eleven) as well as restaurants and a superb (!!!) coffee place (named In the Coffee). Staff were friendly and helpful. Possibility to store luggage upon early arrival as well as late departure. Would be nice to have a safe/lockbox in-room, but we just took our valuables (esp. passports & wallets) with us when leaving the room. Didn't have breakfast or dinner but there were special offers, happy hour and even a DJ hosting the evenings available. Looked nice. Room is small - as expected in Japan - but everything available that's needed and options to store luggage under the bed. Would definitely recommend and come back when in Kyoto again!
