Modern interior and clean. All interactions with the hotel are possible with the application, but there is available staff if you need a person. The location was central and convenient for both getting to different sights and finding a restaurant to have dinner in.

One of the comfiest hotels we stayed in on our 3.5 week trip!! The beds were exceptional, and the pillows were big, fluffy, and cozy. The shower was great, and the overall vibe was super nice. Good location too. Staff were helpful and let us keep our bags at the hotel for the entire day while we wandered Kyoto before leaving later that night. Super helpful! We will be bacl to Kyoto one day and would certainly be keen on staying here again!
