Attractively set in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, insomnia KYOTO OIKE is situated 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.5 km from Nijo Castle and 1.8 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto. It was amazing stay. Very clean and new facility with very friendly staff. There were delicious pasties 24 hours in the lobby. I would definetely come back to stay!

Most of all, services of the hotel is superb. I had been there during Cherry blossom season, the hotel provided Cherry blossom news of the blooming everyday. Concierge team of the hotel was very attentive, they recommended and booked many good places to eat for us. Breakfast is very good with many choices in both buffet and a la carte menu, including some Thai food. I had dinner at Koyo, teppanyagi restaurant at the hotel, it was also very good cooking and reasonable price.

Located in Kyoto, less than 1 km from Gion Shijo Station, Gion Elite Terrace provides accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Loved the amazing friendly and helpful  staff, who gave us good advice and discussions. Great location in central Gion in a quiet street but walking distance to almost anything.  Great variety and range of eating places and the river close by and of course as many temples as you need with cool peaceful gardens as well as museums. Nishiki Market is a short bus ride or interesting 20min walk.  The room was beautiful and fully equipped incl a small kitchenette, electric blackout curtains and lots of tech Breakfasts were copious and varied to suit most tastes, best scrambled egss in Japan. Amazingly bestiful designer chairs in a little sitting area and free laundry room was an unexpected bonus!
