I Ino, 28 kilometer fra Odo Dam Museum, ligger そらやまゲストハウス Sorayama guesthouse, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. We had an incredible stay with a stunning river view, where the green-blue water and private balcony made for a perfect escape. The room was comfortable, and my personal highlight was the handmade mugs, carefully selected by the owners at a local farmers market, showcasing beautiful Japanese ceramic craftsmanship. Sipping coffee while gazing at the river became a special ritual during my stay. It was a peaceful, authentic experience that I’ll always remember—truly the highlight of our trip!

Yancy was incredibly friendly and helpful! Kids loved the chicken coop, yuzu tree, and fire pit. There were a lot of cute touches around the house! It was the perfect mountain escape for our family!

The owner was very kind to fetch me from the station in the evening and he drove me back to the station in the morning in the rain which was much appreciated by me.

The house is clean and the host is very friendly with good communication before and during the stay. Around 20 minutes drive from Kochi city. The stay also includes a complimentary ¥500 per person for a bakery nearby. Recommended!
