From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff at Shikitei do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect. Welcomed by a tea ceremony, we were then introduced to our suite the size of a house. Extremely comfortable with everything you need and the accommodation borders on Nara Deer Park and only a 10 minute walk to the train station or the historic district.

We made fresh eggs PASTA (busiate, maccheroncini, farfalle orecchiette ecc) together and spent a very pleasant time whith them and their feiends. Novotel Nara is a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious although not much space for clothes. It however had everything else you needed. I lovely the onsen area and massage chairs we could use. The staff were very helpful and was lovely how they decorated the room for my husbands birthday.

It's an exceptionally quiet place providing a welcome break from the bustle of the city. Breakfast is huge and they catered for vegetarians.

The only thing, we had a cockroach outside while enjoying the onsen. It climbed out of the sewer or something and I was terrified to death :)

Very quiet location in a smaller town. The common area was great. Shogo had some great recommendations for places to eat and an onsen two minutes away.

يوفر مكان إقامة "古民家民泊かえるて" إطلالة على الحديقة، ويقع في كاشيهارا على بُعد 28 كم من Subaru Hall و29 كم من Tanpi Shrine. The hosts were wonderful. We are very thankful to them for letting us store our luggage after our checkout for a couple of hours and they offered to drop us to the bus station aswelll. They are very kind. They have two goats aswell called ponyo and peo.

The traditional breakfast was awesome with local products and super tasty. The two showers were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable (especially super comfy comforter). The view was great. We came by car so I don't know about access otherwise.
