This was my second stay at the hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. The room is spacious — which is rare in Osaka — and has a beautiful, classic atmosphere. Everything was very clean, and Guerlain amenities were still provided, which added a luxury touch. The location near Umeda is perfect for getting around, and the staff are always kind and attentive. I’ll definitely come back again on future trips to Osaka.

The hotel very clean and modern very comfortable to stay at, we had an issue with our hair dryer and they borrow us a straightener we asked for advice to buy some stuff and the reception team provide us with many 😍 Miss.Yamaga was one of the best employees she helped us so many times and she helped us to book a car to drive us to the airport, Mr.Su as well he helped us for some stuff we asked for related to our laggage. Everyone in the hotel was nice and kind the product furniture atmosphere 100% satisfied

Location. The hotel is near train station and several convenience stores. 2. Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)

يتميز مكان إقامة "Aloft Osaka Dojima" بمركز للياقة البدنية ومطعم، بالإضافة إلى بار، كما يقع في مركز أوساكا على بُعد 300 م من Dojima Avanza Entrance Porch. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the complementary coffee as well as the option of breakfast availability. We also looked the spacious rooms and the practicality of how the rum is set up. We also loved the AC was available, and even enough hooks for both of our towels!
