The location was great for exploring Osaka, with many destinations accessible on foot and the metro stations within a comfortable walking distance. The staff were always friendly, polite, and eager to help, making check-in and any queries smooth and pleasant. The hotel itself felt new, clean, and very well-maintained, with modern facilities and a comfortable atmosphere.

Randomly got upgraded to a suite on the 25th floor, views were out of this world and room was super modern, clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again, location was great.

Really big apartment for Japanese standards. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment was really beneficial. Comfortable beds, air con worked well and easy check in.

The hotel is amazing, located near a subway station or 15 minutes walking to Dotonbori area, the location is also great because the hotel is not exactly on a main road so it's very quiet at night. The staff was exceptional providing us with everything we needed. The room is very clean and modern. The bed is exceptionally confortable, they provide you with all amenities you need (toothbrush, hair brush, razors, eye pads, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner etc.) I highly recommed staying here for as long as you need!
