Veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening. De gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives. Enkel men god frokost. God mat i restauranten. Solsenger både rundt bassenget og nede på stranden. Det var alltid noen ledig uansett når du kom ned på stranden. Vakter som kunne passe på tingene dine mens du var og badet. Kaffe og te på rommet og drikkevann som kunne hentes hele dagen. Kjøleskap på rommet var en lykke. Utrolig deilig sted som vi kan anbefale på det varmeste.

The resort is small-scale, and it starts right from your arrival at Malindi Airport. A friendly welcome from the Chief Operations Manager in a beautiful car. Airport transfers are also included, which is a wonderful service. From the outside, all you see is the logo and a beautiful door, which makes you think: Nice door, nice logo—a bit James Bond-esque, but is that all there is? The door opens, you step over the threshold, and you're immediately transported to a completely different world. The staff is very friendly, and the Chief Operations Manager and the other staff really go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible stay. The location is truly beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Friendships are forged throughout the stay, and I'm guaranteed to return to this beautiful secret escape!

This was their first trip together in 30 years, so the experience meant a lot to our family and thanks to this hotel, it became a memory they’ll cherish forever. From the moment they arrived, they felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. The security was excellent, the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Everything felt thoughtful and well organized, which made their long stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person they interacted with was kind, respectful, and attentive, but a few individuals deserve special recognition for going above and beyond. Kevin from security was always professional and reassuring. Dhababu was helpful, and welcoming throughout their stay. Mureithi ensured everything served was handled smoothly and reliably. Joyce, the room steward, was incredibly kind and thorough. Yussuf at reception was friendly, patient, and always welcoming. Chef Tolbert provided wonderful food and genuine hospitality, and Daniel, the supervisor, stood out for his professionalism, care, and presence. Their hospitality, smiles, and genuine care made my parents feel at home and truly appreciated. You can tell this is a place where guests are not just accommodated, but truly looked after. Thank you for giving my parents such a beautiful first trip together after so many years. We are deeply grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mombasa.

The Resort is very well-maintained; the Staff were allowed to go their own Vacations, and whenever i needed something, i got it. Sleeping Was difficult however, as the Mattresses are incredibly Hard. Germano Cottages is a gem 5 Weeks superb holiday. I'll be back, that's for Sure.

Mombasa Comfort House, Old Town ligger i Mombasa, 6 minutters gange fra Fort Jesus, 800 meter fra Burhani Gardens, og 1,8 kilometer fra Uhuru Garden Mombasa. Very clean, spacious and comfortable unit positioned in the historic old town of Mombasa. Excellent position from which to explore the old town, with Fort Jesus and many restaurants within easy walking distance. It was lovely to relax in the quiet unit after being out and about. Our delightful host, Fatma, was very welcoming and looked after us very well providing lots of information about the old town.

I Watamu ligger Beba.Beach.House, som har en restaurant, bar, en hage, romservice, helårsåpent utendørsbasseng og terrasse. Boenhetene har utsikt over bassenget. We loved the place from the moment we arrived! It's a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms (we stayed on the main floor) a few steps from the beach. Very comfy rooms with king bed size and exquisite design. Staff is very friendly and helpful :) Besides the accommodation i'd like to do a special mention to the food&beverage services: breakfast was fantastic, delicious and complete. We also had some meals at Beba's and I highly recommend to stay in and enjoy the menu, everything we ordered was delectable! The chef is really really good!

The property was well situated, very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. It was close to the beach, security was very good and it had a lot shops and restaurants within walking distance.
