Some rooms (and the breakfast café) offer a beautiful view of Mount Kenya, which makes mornings extra special. But the real highlight is the service. Truly outstanding - better than in many European hotels. We received the location in advance, were welcomed and guided on arrival, served a proper and tasty dinner even though we arrived very late, and in the morning the team was flexible and supportive with our situation - all with genuine friendliness and smiles. They even washed our car, which was such a lovely surprise.

The owner was on the property by the time of arrival. The place was clean and ready, just like coming home. The pool was welcoming and we hopped right in. The kitchen is huge and there is a lot of space for cooking.

The rooms are very clean and well organized. Initially, I had booked a deluxe room, but since it was unavailable, the staff kindly upgraded me to a larger room. The following day, I booked again, and they accommodated me in the deluxe as requested. The team is extremely polite, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. To my surprise, they even cleaned our car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My wife enjoyed some fresh oranges from the garden near our room, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were so gracious about it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and this is truly a nice place to stay.
