Truly outstanding - better than in many European hotels. We received the location in advance, were welcomed and guided on arrival, served a proper and tasty dinner even though we arrived very late, and in the morning the team was flexible and supportive with our situation - all with genuine friendliness and smiles. They even washed our car, which was such a lovely surprise.
