From the very first moment until the last, my stay at the Chaiya Palace Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, always welcoming me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. Chaiya Palace Hotel is simply a choice of excellence !

The hotel is in a great location, the staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, lovely restaurant with good food. The pool during the day and at night is such a lovely relaxing location. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The facility is so sweet, covered by a big banyan-like tree, with a swimming to dip in in the middle of hot day walking about town. The staff is unpretentious and super friendly, who would go out of their ways to help.

Located in Phnom Penh, 1.7 km from Vattanac Capital, Luxcity Hotel & Apartment provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre, and a bar. Everything was perfect! Staff is very kind and welcoming, room was always clean and had very nice view. Rooftop bar/restaurant and pool were great addition with beautiful views of the whole city. Spa experience was very nice as well, and free parking is useful. We can definitely recommend this place :)

The soundproofing was amazing! We faced the street during the full moon Water Festival and when we closed the door it was surprisingly quiet! Pool is lovely. Breakfast doesn’t vary but it was good. The staff, especially those at the front desk and the breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. Our dinners were the least liked thing at this hotel. Our burgers were undercooked even after sending it back, no reparations made even though it wasn’t finished. My leftovers were discarded unintentionally and a discount was given upon my request. So a reparation and not in the same meal. Overall a great location and good stay.

Set in a restored French colonial villa adjacent to the Royal Palace, Palace Gate Hotel & Resort offers accommodations in Phnom Penh with views of the Tonle Sap River. From the moment I arrived at Palace Gate I felt so welcomed and valued. The welcome drink and cold towel was very much appreciated, and the check in process was very smooth. The whole feel of the hotel was calm and serene, little a lovely little oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The room I had was beautiful, clean, spacious and with a wonderful view of the river. Despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet and I couldnt hear traffic or outside noise at all. Slept really well on a very comfortable bed. The pool was fantastic, swam every day, with some delicious cocktails poolside in the evening. Pool snacks were very tasty too! I dodnt get the chance to eat at the restaurant while I was staying but the food there looked amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive - special thanks to Sokkeang who gave me some great advice for my stay. Would definitely go back :)

Located just 700 metres from the Tonle Sap River, Aquarius Hotel and Urban Resort features an outdoor saltwater infinity pool and guests can enjoy a meal at the open-air restaurant or a drink at the... We stayed at Aquarius twice during our stay in Cambodia. Once we stayed 4 nights and once just a single night as a stopover. Both times were great. The hotel is clean and we like the style. The bed was very comfortable for us. It is on the firmer side, which is our preference. We slept really well. We didn't hear any loud noise or voices from the next-door rooms. We had the breakfast every morning. It has an a well stocked buffet with good variety and quality. There is also a rotating menu to pick from as part of the price. The breakfast set us up so well for the day that we sometimes didn't need lunch. The staff are ready to help at any moment. They had answers to any of our questions and helped us to book a bus after a last minute cancellation. The staff is also very friendly and made us feel very welcome, both times. The rooftop bar and pool are both excellent. We had cocktails a couple of nights at sunset. Great view of the city and good prices (plus a 2-for-1 happy hour). We spent some time in the infinity pool, which was a great way to cool down after a hot day in the city. The location is just off a main road but our room was quiet. No traffic or other noises to disrupt our sleep. There is no doubt that this is where we'd want to stay if we're back in Phnom Penh.

Located in central Phnom Penh, The Pavilion offers an adult-only accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel exceeded my expectations - from the rooms to the staff and the pool area. Overall a great stay in a lovely setting. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are two pools, where one can swim and relax. I absolutely adored the setting of the old Victorian house. Very clean, peaceful and yet very centrally located. Amazing breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and acommodating. Will gladly return.

Centrally located in Phnom Penh, Plantation Urban Resort & Spa is situated directly behind the Royal Palace. Ovo je možda najlijepši hotel u kojem sam ja ikad boravio. Nalazi se odmah iza kraljevske palače i na nekih 10-tak minuta od noćnih zbivanja u Phnom Penu. Lokacija je odlična. Ovaj hotel pruža čisto uživanje u tropskom zelenilu koje je vidljivo na svakom koraku. Doručak je odličan a restoran koji je na ulazu vodi šef iz Francuske. Ukoliko me put ponovno nanese u ovaj grad neću razmišljati koji ću hotel posjetiti👍
