Chaiya Palace Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Phnom Penh. This 4-star hotel offers a business centre and a concierge service. The room was very well appointed and very clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location was very good; walking distance to the Palace, the national museum and if you a good walker only about 25 minutes to central market. I highly recommend this hotel.

My room was clean, spacious and the staffs were very kind and always helpful. I did not experience any problems and if I had a question, I got help immediately and a satisfactory reply. Especially Mr. Saravuth and Ms Chanra helped me several times which I really appreciated.

Leaving our bags after check out. The staff was very friendly and the location was very close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit, eg Royal Palace, Phnom Penh Night Market. The check out time was also great as we had a late flight. The wifi was also fast and available throughout the property.
