Everything was great , the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the electrical appliances one might need. When I wanted to do the laundry, I noticed there were no detergents, but as soon as I mentioned it to the manager, Mr. Yasas, he immediately provided everything. Excellent service and highly recommended.

The front Office team is exceptional. I like the fact that the hotel is very much environmentally friendly. The complementary Laundry service and happy hour for the executive rooms, just completes the icing on the cake. ITC is my second home, All other service , such as Housekeeping, and F&B are equally doing a great job.

Manoji and her husband are exceptional hosts: Manoji’s thoughtfulness and care (and her cooking lessons!) made the space feel like home. Highbury is a short tuktuk ride away from the Gallery Cafe and Geoffrey Bawa’s Residence (No. 11). Would definitely return to Highbury if I’m ever back in Colombo!

Hotel is beautiful with really great staff, everyone was so dedicated to make our stay unforgettable, even if we stayed just for one night we felt as home. They even gave us late check out so we can enjoy the pool little longer! They were keeping our bags since we had evening flight, if you are coming to Colombo definitely choose this Hotel for your stay!

We loved everything at Sheraton. The room was beautifully decorated to welcome us for our honeymoon. Thanks to the Front Office Manager and whole team. You made our stay memorable:-) The food was excellent. The spa beautiful decorated with professional therapist. Thanks to the young lady who took care of me. We enjoyed the roof top with great music and delicious cocktail. We are planning every year to renew our vows.
