We stayed for two nights and had a great experience overall. Dylan, the owner, was very friendly and arranged a full package including safari, accommodation and food. The safari was well organised and ran smoothly. While the package cost slightly more than what was advertised in the Booking.com pictures, it was still one of the more affordable options we found. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed - we especially enjoyed the minibar - and we loved the views over the paddy fields. The highlight of the stay was definitely the dinner: the food was excellent, and we really enjoyed sitting and dining together with other guests. The area itself doesn’t have much to do apart from the safari, but this is the same for all accommodation in the area. Overall, a very welcoming and enjoyable stay- would definitely recommend.

With garden views, Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya is set in Kalpitiya and has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. This property offers access to a terrace, darts, free private parking and free... We spend one night at the Afro Village resort. Our group had 3 adults and 2 children. We spend one afternoon just idling in the resort. The pool and the garden were very nice for the kids to play around. The owner and staff were very accomodating and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious.

Roshan, his family and their staff were delightful hosts. Very helpful and organised our Safari at Wilpattu National Park which is only a few minutes drive away and our transfer back to Negombo the next day. We had a beautiful, lunch, dinner and breakfast prepared for us which was some of the best food we ate during our entire trip. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable.

Set within the forest it is an oasis of calm. The staff were friendly and keen to help. The accommodation is quirky, fairly basic but comfortable. The food was excellent and plentiful. There are a number of activities and excursions available, or you can simply relax on your veranda up in the trees. There are a number of chill out zones.
