The room was very clean, confortable, big. The hot , big shower was very nice. It was probably one of the nicest place we stayed at. The hospitality of the host was amazing, we have a really tasty sri lankan buffet dinner. It is closed to a nice lake you can easily walk to. They organized the Wilpattu safari for us.

We arrived very late at night, but the team went above and beyond to ask for a late dinner for us also which was really thoughtful and much appreciated. room is extremely spacious, with a large washroom that gives the feeling of staying in a private villa. The sea view from the room is breathtaking and truly adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight we requested a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, and they prepared it beautifully. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well presented. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Nishantha, who gave us incredible support throughout our stay and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations with its comfort, hospitality, and beautiful setting. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

We felt taken care of from the minute we got there till the minute we left, our room was amazing, and after riding our bikes 35 km up the coast, we can honestly say that it’s the nicest hotel from Negombo to the end of our ride. Stay here!! Another big bonus: I had a bad cold and the owner made sure I get medicine which worked like a charm. Thank you so much!!

Nastanitev Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya se nahaja v mestu Kalpitiya in ponuja zunanji bazen, vrt ter teraso, na voljo pa je tudi brezplačen WiFi. Really cool tree house rooms on the peninsula. The host and cook is amazing and he makes delicious meals. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is partially open air which was really cool. The hammocks and tables made it a peaceful haven. The pool was still being made when I went but it will be a really nice addition. I highly recommend this place.

Roshan, his family and their staff were delightful hosts. Very helpful and organised our Safari at Wilpattu National Park which is only a few minutes drive away and our transfer back to Negombo the next day. We had a beautiful, lunch, dinner and breakfast prepared for us which was some of the best food we ate during our entire trip. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable.

The staff were outstanding, so friendly and helpful, the restaurant was great and breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Lastly, the location is brilliant, right on the beach with a great view.

We had to book on short notice due to the original property we were to stay at cancelling on us. We are SO glad we ended up staying here. It is a 10 out of 5 stars for us! The staff are so very friendly and helpful, the rooms are excellent, the food, both in the restaurant and what they will pack for you if you do a day trip are exceptional! They will cater to your “spice” level if that is a concern. The food is plentiful and freshly prepared. The location is wonderful, relaxing and picturesque. The staff take the time to explain the food to you and are happy to answer any questions you may have. The rooms are so clean, have everything you need. The beds are comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this location. I would not hesitate to recommend this location or stay here again myself.
