The welcome was very warm and friendly. The staff made us feel at home from the first moment. I run a small agency and have used this hotel several times for guests and they always love it. I've also personally stayed here a few times and only had great experiences. Mohamed from the reception desk does an amazing job at making the guests feel welcome. He handled everything so great for my last group - upgrading rooms when available, handling bags, and helping guest navigate their way around Marrakech with ease. The rooms are so cute, the breakfast is fantastic, and the rooftop pool is a lovely bonus!

Fins i tot ens va fer arribar les targetes d'embarcament de l'avio a les 2 de la nit perquè abans no ens va trobar a l'habitació. Cosa que li agraïm molt, si no haguéssim tingut problemes a l'aeroport, ja que al Marroc has d'anar amb el chek-in imprès. Es un Riad al qual tornaria segur. Gràcies Ayoub per tot

Nice location, and very helpful staff. Very modern and clean hotel, the bedroom was very nice and had a view on the Atlas Mountains, which was great. The breakfast was very nice too.

Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was generous, fresh and filling. We’ll stay again if we return to Marrakech.

The location is excellent. Just enough on the edge of the Medina to avoid the chaos. After a day wandering the stalls of the Medina it's nice to have a break in a quiet area. There is a mosque next door so be prepared to be awoken at 7 am for the call to prayer. Restaurants and shops within a quick walk. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Fantastic ambiance. Small roof top dipping pool. Everything is very clean. Haman and massage on site. The massage was nice, we did not use the haman. The location was perfect for us. Room 1 has a king bed and a small twin. It worked fine for our family with one adult child.
