Well set in the centre of Playa del Carmen, The Gallery Condos Playa de Carmen provides free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and free private parking for guests who drive. The location of this place was fantastic. The place was close enough to walk to the main strip while still being nice and quiet when going to bed. Staying here meant we could explore where the locals eat rather than just the touristy hot spots. So glad we opted for this rather than a hotel room because it gave us separate spaces to relax in, a lounge to relax with drinks, a kitchen bench for snacks and a full fridge. We didn't make use of the kitchen in it's entirety, but would've been happy to stay even longer. The gym is also a decent size.

Porto Blu is situated in Puerto Morelos and has a rooftop pool and sea views. It is located a few steps from Playa Puerto Morelos and features a lift. The apartment features family rooms. We loved everything, great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and new and we were grateful for the laundry facilities. Lots of space and a really big nice comfy bed. The kitchen was fantastic, had absolutely everthing you would need.

Attractively located in the centre of Playa del Carmen, SUUT Hostal Boutique features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The place is new, modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful little touches. Huge shoutout to the cleaning crew and the front desk staff — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. This was my first-ever hostel stay — straight off my bucket list — and multiple seasoned hostel travellers told me I was very lucky with my first choice. Would definitely come back!

The appartment is very modern and clean, and the private pool is the best. Also jacuzzi in the tower is great. There is a lot of trees and other greenery so there is a lot of shadow as well. We arrived very late at night and there was night stuff that let us in.

Honestly, this place well worths a visit, it will but surprise you. We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.

In a prime location in Tulum, Menesse Apartments provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Perfect location and recent building. Close to downtown Tulum and yet super quiet, as the apartment’s balcony faces a small alley. A supermarket is just nearby. The Wi-Fi is fast, the bed and linens are comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. The residence is very quiet and safe, and the rooftop pool is perfect. Luis at the reception is fantastic, and the landlord is excellent at communication.

Situated in Playa del Carmen, 300 metres from Playa del Carmen Beach and less than 1 km from the centre, Casa Creunza de Mar features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. Very central close to beaches restaurants and bus station very quiet, yet close to 5th av. The studios have a fabulous Italian restaurant on premise, highly recommended.
