Coffee shop next door, close to the center, 10 minute walk from the Parque Lateral and from the Fabrica de San Pedro. Friendly owner, friendly staff. It's new, clean, the bed was comfortable, drinkable water offered all that you want, shampoo, soap, and the BEST shower I have had in my 5 years traveling in Mexico! I'll be back!

Super clean, especially the common areas. The shared kitchen was great: well equipped and included drinking water. Several areas to relax in and very close to the historic centre whilst managing to be quiet. Communication was good when we had questions
